1. Products & Orders

All items are made to order through our on-demand printing process.

Colors and sizing may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Average fulfillment and shipping times are displayed at checkout.

Fitspo Threads is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Since every product is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@FitspoThreads.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and associated payment gateways.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Fitspo Threads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
