Each item is printed on demand, which means production begins after your order is placed.

Fulfillment usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

2. Shipping Times

United States: Typically 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

International Orders: Shipping times vary by destination and may take 10–20 business days.

Please note: Holidays or high-volume seasons may extend these timelines.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked when available.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@FitspoThreads.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
